In Iceland, the sea is usually too cold to tempt bathers... but in Reykjavik's Nautholsvik Bay, a thermal beach has been created, where naturally warm water flows into the sea, and you can frolic in the waves, almost as if you were in the Mediterranean... A golden sandy beach has been created and a "pool" has been placed next to it, where the water temperature is around 20°C. On the beach you can buy refreshments and various services. Nautholsvik beach is open daily from 10:00 to 20:00 from 16 May to 31 August.
