Geldingadalur Valley is a location on the Reykjanes peninsula, near Fagradalsfjall. This valley has become a point of interest due to recent volcanic activity that has generated new lava fields. The location of the valley in the middle of hills has prevented the lava from posing a danger to nearby villages. The valley can be reached by walking a few kilometres from the village of Grindavík.
